I got an individual nomination for the Experimentation Culture Awards! Other nominees are the amazing Raoul Warren Doraiswamy, Desiree van der Horst, Gabriela 'G' Szpalerska-Denison and Stefan Thomke. What a great list to be a part of! Proud to see our CRO community cherish openness, sharing and actively evangelizing our way of working. With these awards - just like with the CRO.CAFE Podcast - it's not about that one experiment, it's about improving the process, structure, trustworthiness, democratization and motivation for experimentation and data-driven decision making. Winners will be announced during a live show on September 17th for which you can get your free tickets here: https://experimentationcultureawards.com/#guidoxjansen #cro
