A black and white photograph captures a close embrace among several people on a narrow city street. In the foreground, a woman is tightly hugged from behind by a man in a suit, her arms wrapped around his neck. Other individuals are pressed close, creating a cluster of figures. To the left, a young girl with a focused and perhaps slightly concerned expression watches the embrace from just outside the tight group. The background shows a stone wall and distant buildings with people.
