I met a woman on a bridge in central Vietnam and I asked if I could take her portrait. She was widowed when her husband and ten other fishermen were lost at sea during an unexpected squall. She later directed me to a village where there were a few small boutique fish sauce makers. Their small-batch, ultra-clear, light anchovy sauce is the best you can get.
