Departure Over Mount Hood's Shadow

Tim Trautmann @timtrautmann.com · Apr 24 Northeast 33rd Drive, Portland, Oregon, US

A commercial aircraft climbs through the hazy atmosphere above Portland International Airport, its silhouette stark against the muted sky. The iconic snow-capped peak of Mount Hood looms majestically in the background, while the airport's distinctive control tower anchors the middle ground. Wild grasses and autumn vegetation sprawl in the foreground, creating layers of natural texture that contrast with the geometric precision of aviation infrastructure.
